We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your ProCamp.ai purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email support@procamp.ai
2. Include your order email and reason for refund
3. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days

Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

• Requests made within 14 days of original purchase
• Products that did not match the description
• Technical issues we cannot resolve

Non-Refundable

The following are not eligible for refund:

• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
• Refunds requested due to user changing mind after substantial use
• Bundle products where individual components were used extensively

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Bank processing times may add 3-5 business days.

Chargebacks

We ask customers to contact us before initiating chargebacks. Most issues can be resolved quickly via email.
